What are the chances of winning a lawsuit against a school board?
My husband worked for the school district for three years. In many occasions he was verbally harassed and once assualted of different members of the board. These actions have been reported to his immediate supervisor, then to Director and no action ever was taken against members of the board. I resigned from my position in February 2009, three new school board members took office in January I took my action to the Board and voted to restore my employment with back pay. To date, the Superintendent did not reset my contract. "I can sue the school board and supervisors of individuals.
