I have shares in Standard Life and I am registered Share Scrip in the scheme, while people give me, instead of a dividend twice a year. I do not know where to declare when I file my taxes online. I have Copies of the two states last year, and figures are shown under the title 'Decline rate income tax deemed paid. "These numbers to my accounts and where to go in the online form?
